A winter Morning
What a beautiful scene With a sky of winter blue. Upon the frozen ground Is a snowy cloak, just for you.
The branches are covered in white As is every fence and tree. Rooftops glisten with crystals of frost Everything is as white as can be.
Jack Frost is the man to blame For he works all through the night Leaving his artwork everywhere But is gone before first light.

Oh lovely, Doreen, though snow missed us here at present, hoar frost is a beautiful art of silhouette. Thank you for sharing.

Rows of Norfolk houses their gardens, the fields and the lane snowed under. I cannot work today I will go for a walk to the beach and the sea hat and scarf on, Barbour on, big boots and gloves I'm in heaven!

In deed paintedlady, I am in heaven to think of the scenery you describe. Except the line about 'beach and sea' I just face this winter wonderland picture here looking out of the window, the walk though was through the silent woods. Thank you!

Lovely scenery you painted I thought you were talking about us We are well and truly snowed under I took Finley to a rehearsal last night to the local church Hall. I had not had the car out since Monday afternoon (roads were not good) After just two hours the car was covered up with snow and roads were really bad Now even in the garage it has snow still on the car roof
