Still it's cold enough to have a cup of tea there and again, so sit down and be inspired for a poem on our new Weekly Theme

The Teapot
grannies teapot is on show each day Then washed carelly and put away All in blue, with a chineze pattern on It has been in the family, so long
********************************* If you're feeling sad and blue and you don't really know what to do there's nothng like a pot of tea especially if shared between two or three
Get out the china pot make sure it's piping hot You can drink it different ways also drink it anytime of day
drink it hot, straight from a china pot Or drink it cold, go on, be bold Drink it if you're sad, or even mad Drink it black, no milk in that Drink it at dawn, can make you fell calm drink it at home, when you are alone.
A china cup of tea for me is fine From a bone china teapot, when I dine Of course our Yorkshire tea is best for me of course, when I am stressed
I have milk in my cup of tea But no sugar will you ever see
So anyone who cares to visit me will always get a good cup of tea In granny's beauatiful china teapot where I always serve it nice and hot.

Thank you Doreen for your fine Poem, I enjoyed reading it just like I enjoy a lovely Cup of tea and all kinds of fancy tea pots, the older the better!
