A Monorhyme is a poem in which all the lines have the same end rhyme
Example:
A break from my career,
to visit a new frontier.
Where life is not severe,
and stress will disappear.
I'll become a pioneer,
a new found volunteer.
To help this old sphere,
make it's air all clear.
We will persevere,
for I'm the brigadier.
So as I tip my beer,
lets offer up a cheer.
Lets make this our year
where everyone will be sincere.

I SIT AT MY COMPUTER AND WRITE
YET AS I LOOK IN THE MIRROR, I'M A FRIGHT.
I'LL OFTEN SIT HERE DAY AND NIGHT
TRYING TO GET MY RHYMES JUST RIGHT.
ONE THING I'M UNSURE OF, IS A POEM TO RECITE
YET I LOVE HEARING ROLAND'S VOICE, HE'S A DELIGHT.
NONE OF THE COMMENTS MADE ARE EVER CONTRITE.
BUT I WOULD LIKE MY POEMS TO EXCITE
THEN MAYBE MORE PEOPLE WOULD JOIN OUR SITE.
MYSTIC BLUEBELL HAS SENT OUT AN INVITE
SO COULD YOU BE ONE OF OUR LEADING LIGHTS.

Yes thank you Doreen you're a friend
to all on p2s which is in trend.
By more members more poems would be penned
more time at the computer we spend.
So much on this site we could amend
already we try hard to ascend,
if by login people do comprehend
that it's worth helping to extend.
By all means we're happy to depend
on people like you my friend,
we all give our best without end.

I wish all on PS2 A Happy New Year
While I sit over here with my beer
for we are all part of Earth's sphere
so let me make this very clear.
I love reading poems from far and near
for I remain very sincere
and I think you are all dear
for this site is a Premier
So let's all hope it doesn't disappear
