Torchlight
I have used the word Torchlight in a few little verses
********************
The first time we kissed Was so late at night I really couldn't see you so needed a torchlight
************************
At the back of my garden I saw a beam of light it was only my little gnome Dancing in the moonlight
***********************
In a ring upon her head My daughter wears yellow flowers So when I shine my torchlight her hair stays brights for hours
***************************
My grandchildren go out On Halloween night They see ghostly figures Especially by torchlight
***************************

A little bit of Torchlight when the Moon is not so bright, the shadows come and go when you walk the paths at night.
I wonder who it is when the Moon is not so bright I'm scared and rush on home when you walk these paths of fright!

Torchlight Moments
A dark night in the woods saw when they first kissed The torchlight helped their path not being missed Some street lights were greeting from far beyond In the gentle breeze, feelings grew so fond.
Would this new love get a chance to come true? Or the tender thoughts turn out to be blue? She prayed she could stay and not let time fly Both just believed they can reach for the sky.
Today they know their love is not like the rest They keep on the torchlight and do their best Somehow they wander the path to woods’ edge Confiding in their first kisses’ pledge
The warmth they need, came from their faithful love Friends by their side and blessings from above It all started with a torchlight to night’s play Now they live together in a bright, happy way
