Since we spend so much happy Summertime out in the garden or any garden-like place, this is the newest Weekly Theme:

A summer Garden.
On a lovely summer's day I see the beauty of a rose., and while the roses softly curl the garden, bright in beauty grows.
Oh, so gently falls the rain on lightly scented summer breeze. The fragrance in the balmy air is welcoming the honey bees.
In the stillness of the moment, sun filled hours of summer days with the warmth of the sun means all is quiet in the haze.

Garden of Life
In the garden that life composes Contains the fragrance of sweet roses which tantalizes the essences chosen upon life's highway so often frozen
Inside this garden we call life comes at times with heavy strife we learn to avoid the stepping stone which can detour us in our roam

In the Garden
The birds get up before sunrise And I want to follow soon, When slowly blue skies radiate In the West there’s a paling moon.
It’s magic to see the day awake The dew-fresh velvety lawn, While I walk down the garden, With a happy heart – and a yawn.
So different seems everything By the hot time after a light meal, Somehow I fail the desire to work, Better dream away ‘till a later zeal.
Mid-afternoon, weeding is done Lawn’s edges now clear and straight. I stop, the bells ring 4 o’clock – “Will bring coffee my Love, just wait..”
Under the apple tree, a table set Viewing the water-lily pond, With scents of roses from the hedge, Is the place of which we’re so fond.
Evening birdsong from the tree top, Nature warm from Summer’s heat, A lovely day spent in my garden Is most precious, nothing can beat.

Dee & Mystic, in the three poems written by us I see 3 different views of life, all good in its own way. A pleasure to read your poems Dee and Mystic.
