I was at an auction many years later. Lot 13 a piano in good condition. Seventy five pounds Such a good price. OK start me at fifty. a hand shot up It was mine. I had bought a piano My husband just said. but you can't play

Your food on 'more healthy style' will serve you with some additional years of a good life, Roland, I'm sure and I know you do very well! Thanks for putting your words into poetic shape.

Aw, I can so well understand your longing, Doreen and I am sure that this purchase is making you happy furthermore. The contrary here, I always had a piano, then in my later years due to arthritis that crippled my fingers, I was no longer able to play the piano and this was a constant hurt, so I decided to sell it, just to find some peace of mind again... Beautiful poem of your little story, thank you!

Longing
It’s where the songs fall asleep after being sung, Longing awakes from the sound of wishful dreams. Melodies remain with us, a sound forever young, Enriching gifts to heart and mind by all means.
The time we met now seems so long ago. Our song is resonating to never lose, Eavesdropped by trees old like Methuselah Reminding me, back then we sang in twos.
