The hope is felt so real from your beautiful poem angel42, may it spread wide to everybody who needs support in hoping. Thank you!
Roland, sometimes I feel difficult to find the right words to comment suitably to your meaningful, inspiring poems and this one has simply touched my soul. Thank you for one more of your treasures of mind!
Thank you Doreen, your dream of a perfect world is certainly shared by millions and so is the sadness to know that we human beings are not able to make it come true.

Wealth
Would you like champagne and caviar Or some-one to love and care? would you like to ride in a limousine Or in a family car to share?
You don't really need a pot of gold If you have love and health. A kindly work, a friendly heart This indeed is wealth.

You've said it all Doreen.
Good health and true friends are more important than wealth. Thank you.

You could not have put it better Doreen. (As usual!) Sorry I missed all the earlier poems, they were all enjoyable to read...especially Roland writing about the captain of the ship. (May he soon return.) Well done all. norma.

Inside a Recluse
Could it be when love begins to grow? A taste of honey will send a flow Down the avenue of bitter sweet dreams Like colorless rainbows emerging from streams
Inside a recluse of one who pines? Line the fears of those inclined Reflecting shadows of sad sorrows A collage of embers from bad morals
Passion determines the direction we’ll take For love can never ever be faked It comes to some at opportune times Others later due to what binds
But nevertheless it blows our minds Shakes the soul makes it chime Relieving the tensions placating our hearts Praying this feeling will never depart
Towards the extremities of a lonely past Beats a heart I have dared to lash It weathers the thoughts I have let pass This eases the sands thru the hourglass
The best will be when we change our life Cut the chains from this vagabond strife For I’m so ready to receive this gift That will remove the loneliness from this rift

I just wondered if anyone has ever had a fish pedicure This is my experience today. Flexi Feet I put my feet in a fish tank as I had a pedicure today Also a foot massage and nail polish and it was done a different way. As fishes nibbled at my feet I.m sure the big fish did bite But mainly it just felt ticklish Well I must have looked a site You sit for twenty minutes or more as fish swim around your feet They swim around nibbling dead skin I hope the fish got a treat I then had pink varnish on my toes plus a lovely foot massage So now I have got my flexi feet which are good considering their age. An unusual one Mystic so here is a challenge Can you find a picture for it Thanks DoreenXXXX

Simply beautiful Roland! Love like this is making life perfect and helps ignore the sands of time flowing fast. You really put your heart into your poems, thank you!
A smile, Doreen, I hope I mastered the challenge. I knew about this therapy in regards of skin problems but you have enjoyed just a special lovely treat. Thank you.

Doreen I just love your "Perfect World." It really is your best. So nice to see a person who has such good thoughts, and can express them so proficiently. Well done. (I see that you left a poem about the latest craze, "Fish Pedicure." A salon has just opened in Poulton, I am considering a visit!) I will go now and read about your experience. Mystic, you thank us for visiting the site, we should be thanking you for all that you are doing to keep the site alive, so I do that now. Thankyou dear MBB!
Ooooh! I have really ticklish feet, so don't fancy the pedicure, but I also worry about the care the salon gives to the fish...poor things! I would prefer a nice mushroom risotto to a feast of dead skin! (Mystic, there is no option for me here to reply to individual posts...please don't worry, as I don't suppose that you can do anything about it, just wanted everyone to know why I am not commenting individually.)

Doreen, you should have named your poem "Perfect Feet" after all when the fish finish nibbling on your toes, you will have the cleanest toes and feet around. My gosh at your age to have sexy feet, which goes to say you're never too old to look pretty. Doreen is their anything you cannot write about..............
Mystic thanks again as Norma says we owe you a big thanks for keeping this site together in wait of our Captain's return, you should be commended for all you've done, and I salute you my far away friend.......(love the photo you posted to my poem)
Norma, I could care less about you not posting a comment on any poem on this forum, just the fact you are here and supporting this site is more then we could ask for. We the members of p2s need to stick together as a unit of poets and more important friends of our Webmaster and Captain who is in recovery at this time. I believe with all my heart Alan will return to us, and by your mere presences here shows we are united together in keeping this site afloat......our prayers are for you Alan, your ship awaits your return....................

Norma! Thank you for your kind words, I try to do my best in the limited ways I can! In regards of individual comments, I know this is impossible. There are 2 ways I can offer: either you send the comments to my ro-ho-ba@hotmail.com (admin) address and I will give them individually in - or you just mention the poems you wish to comment on and you add them right here in 'Reply?.
As Roland said, we must unite as poet-friends of a wonderful site. I strongly believe in Alan to recover and come back, therefore I would even desperately do everything to keep p2s going. Thanks to you ALL - I really feel so grateful!

Mystic, you humble us by saying that you are grateful, it is us who are grateful to you for all you are doing, I guess it is not easy. So Thankyou.
I must ask about CPD, have you heard from him? It is strange that he is not here with his support, as he was always the most active and loved member. I do hope that he is doing ok.

Dear Norma, I am sorry to say that since many months we have never got any reply to our several mails to Claude and hesitatingly I think, that Claude perhaps has fallen ill and cannot get online. Considering his age we even worry more. Pity his family cannot let us know. We are sure that Claude would be present on p2s IF it was in his ability! We are really concerned about Claude and all we can do is hope and pray for his best. Thank you!

Though dark the night Times when I felt dejected Left buried in much grief But someone dear right by my side With his love gave relief From night darkness has vanished Gave way to light at dawn The kindness of that caring friend Saw darkest moments gone Fresh hope restored a happy mood It fills my heart and mind My sun returned and ever burns To share the light he helped me find

EHOES OF TIME. Rider, your words echo in my heart. This is a great poem for me,and a wonderful social comment.
THROUGH THE DARK NIGHT. Mystic Bluebell, I will not give you the trouble of posting comments sent to your email, I will try and comment here...
This is a lovely poem to which I can only think that you are writing about Alan, and I do agree. I only wish that we could have contact with Claude and find out what is happening with him. I do regret the loss of P2S, and can only thank you again for all you are doing in Alan's sad absence. I will be here for as long as you are, I only wish that more members were here.
BELIEVE, by Angel42. I too believe Angel42, and appreciate your poem. It struck a chord with me.
INSIDE A RECLUSE. I read this Roland, it almost brought tears. Keep it up my friend.

Thanks Norma, for your kind words, as for Mystic's poem Dark the Night, I find it so heartfelt, and really shows the friendship one can incur through poetry, I am sure Alan will appreciate your thoughts, once he heals up a bit. Do not worry Mystic and members of p2s Alan's light will in time brighten once again as he sails to his beloved home port known as poetry 2 share.....................
To all members, I too miss our friend and wise one from California, Claude I truly hope all is well with you, and if you are feeling a bit under the weather, please get well, you are needed on this site. Our ship awaits its Captain, and you my wise friend it's first mate, so please come back to us with your words of poetry, and help to keep this site alive, waiting the arrival of our friend Alan to once again steer this ship to better days.................

Glow of Love Now that you know how much I really care Will you still depart will you leave and finally go? Taking with you all that we share This glow of love, which once did flow I feel a piercing fragment come between our hearts This leads to a dwelling I fear will not dispose A willingness to combine two souls who lost their sparks Amid the fallen tears, as a door begins to close All we fared as one will become a fading story Wishing enlighten passion lost will ignite a magical dream In our search to find another to match a former glory Allows us to seek a light half hidden within the stream Taking the sting, we’ve come to accept so far away from us Hoping this detachment will begin so fresh and anew Creating a charted course one that we can trust Regaling fantasies so alluring and true, a necessity we must pursue Adjusting to a separation, which now begins to grow? Allowing the coming destiny to create new songs Brightening a situation, which makes us feel so low? Uncovering a new reality from the ashes of our wrong Written by: Roland R. Ruiz August 20, 2011

I'M THE KING. (by CPD)
Well Claude, I think we all know who you are writing about! A description which many of us feel about our own "elected." (Why do we have such lttle faith in the ones for who we voted?) It's wonderful to see a poem from you Claude, though I see that it was posted by Mystic, so I hope and pray that you are OK.) With luv, Norma.

Roland, your 'Glow of Love' is a precious poem indeed, heavy for those to face those facts. Again you succeed to bring out innermost sentiments of people involved and the soothing offer to find a way out or a way afterwards. I liked it a lot, thank you!
Claude, first of all it is wonderful to see you post a poem, 'I'm the King' is an interesting poem that demands giving thought and I hope you will have to say much more, so I look forward to a next one hopefully, thank you!

These Wonderful giftsGod certainly gave us beauty When he created earth and sky And he wanted us to see it As he gave us all two eyes
Oh what marvellous gifts From the wonders of our Lord He built all the high mountains As well as deep blue fiords
He painted the sky with colour Such an awesome thing to do Burst of orange in sunset glow Such beauty to see, what a view
When daylight starts to show Such colours, blue and pink I often sit in perfect peace As I love to sit and think
Yes the world is a beautiful place If you would only look and see Just stand still and look around For God made it for you and me.

Thanks Mystic, for the comment and the photo, nice one I might add, and to our esteem member Claude, welcome back my friend, good to see you posting once again. You being here helps in supporting our wayward Captain, who is recovering from a illness, he will in time report for duty to his beloved ship p2s, and his crew awaits his return. As for your King, yes I know who you are speaking about, and in my opinion he will go the way of another one term president by the name of Jimmy, at least I hope so. You say it well my friend, hitting the nail right on the head.
Doreen you do honor to our Creator with your words and what you say in your last line is the total truth, God did make it for you and me and all who believe. Beauty lies in each line, reflecting his gift with a array of colors if we where to only follow his ways what perfect peace would we enjoy.........

Thanks one and all for your kind well wishes and your delightful poems that is always a pleasure to read. It seems that they get better and better as time goes by. As for the KING, its a pity we can't get better choices for our supposed leaders. Maybe some day we will have the luck and privilege to elect another "Ronny". CPD
